On September 25, 2023, Jhalkathi district administration, National Directorate of Consumer Rights Protection and Agricultural Marketing Officer's office jointly conducted an operation at Jhalkathi Sadar from 9:30 am to 12:00 am to ensure the sale of some daily essential products at the price set by the government. At this time, agricultural marketing license, product purchase and sale receipts of various organizations are checked.
